A Message From Mike...

    When I decided to create this web site it was simply to introduce myself to you, and to promote my real estate appraisal services.

    Shortly after entering the basic information it became apparent that what I really wanted is a site that is truly useful to all that visit it, whether you order an appraisal from me or not.

    Future plans include referral pages to respected appraiser competitors.  I also plan a current affairs / issues page covering economic, real estate and relevant business topics, with interactive posting planned. 

    I want to help appraiser-trainees through free mentoring, to those that demonstrate willingness to conform to both the requirements and spirit of the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practices (USPAP). For those with higher level licenses, mutual peer consultation is both offered, and welcomed.

    I pledge to be a source of help to all in my profession who follow the rules and strive always to exceed the minimum standards established by USPAP.

    Additionally, this site should be informative to all users of appraisal services whether they are lenders; owners, buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, accountants or ‘others’.  The current ‘resources’ pages are intended to be living documents, expanding in scope weekly.  Please forward any links that you feel could be helpful.  I’ll test and verify those of interest on a safe, isolated computer and then enter them here.
