To my West Long Beach Neighbors:
The following document is a copy of the Southern California Intermodal Gateway (SCIG) Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared by, and for the Port of Los Angeles. The original document(s) consist of over three dozen separate pdf files, and can be found through the Port of Los Angeles’ Web site.
For convenience only, I have assembled the nearly 39 different Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) component parts into a single pdf document.
This document contains 4,690 pages by my count. The executive summary is roughly 100+ pages. It is a good starting point. The full details are within the body of the report itself.
I have not intentionally omitted anything, though when copying in this fashion, it is possible that sections could be missed. Please refer to contents pages, and let me know if you run encounter missing pages.
